Large Scale Data Center Cooling (CRAC)
Designed for the large-scale cooling of network rooms and data centers, Data Aire’s Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) equipment and upgrades offer advanced technology for cooling, humidity control, and air quality monitoring. These systems offer one to 100 tons of cooling capacity, and the ability to scale up or down as needed. Each unit is tested and put through quality control testing to ensure reliability. Data Aire’s equipment uses a variety of innovative cooling techniques, such as free cooling and annexing lower-temperature exterior air. These techniques can dramatically decrease energy costs for enterprise data centers and high-volume network rooms.

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) / Multi-Split Technology
As the creator of variable refrigerant flow technology, Daikin Global offers a highly advanced system that is light, flexible, and reliable, while offering significant energy savings. A Daikin VRV system gives building owners and managers greater temperature control. The variable speed motor inside the system lets the compressor send varying levels of refrigerant to each fan unit, allowing the units to use less energy to create a more stable temperature than traditional systems. A single compressor can accommodate up to 64 indoor fan units. With large allowances for piping length and level difference, this system provides the highest degree of flexibility and is good for both small and large spaces.

Hybrid Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Heating & Cooling
The Mitsubishi Hybrid Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system utilizes an exterior unit that sends refrigerant to a Hybrid Branch Circuit (HBC) controller, which can send hot or cold water to multiple internal fan units. This system is ideal for buildings where various temperatures are needed across subspaces, such as hospitals, hotels and offices. It is flexible to design and install. As a unique feature of the hybrid system, there is no refrigerant piped through occupied spaces. This eliminates the need for leak detection.
